The shirt says it all!

Eleanor is going to be a big sister sometime around October 7! She looks quite excited, don't you think? The first time I told her I had a baby in my tummy, she said, "Yummy Tummy!" Yeah, I think she totally understands what's happening!  ;)

I had my first (very uneventful) doctor's appointment today and I go back on March 10 for an ultrasound.  If this baby comes 2 weeks early like Eleanor did (yes she was induced, but she was definitely on her way), I may end up having a baby on my 30th birthday!

So far I've had basically the same pregnancy symptoms as in the past, so I have a hunch it's a girl.  Of course, who knows!  Eleanor made a prediction for us:

Congratulations!! I'm so excited for you all! Katherine predicted Caroline was a girl, so the little ones may be onto something. ;) Praying for healthy pregnancy and a new bundle of joy in Sept/Oct!

Congratuations! I can't get over how well Eleanor can talk! Impressive! I can tell she's going to make a GREAT big sister. :) Oct. 7 was Owen's due date too. It would be so cool for you to share a birthday with him/her!

Congratulations Beth!! What great news! I love reading your posts about all you do with Eleanor. I really wish I had been smart enough to teach and really value that time with my older kids when they were small. I'm sure Eleanor is going to be a really helpful big sister
